NN:
What inspired you to develop the Cali Girl Cleanse?
KT:
Travelling is a big part of my life and while doing so I lose vitamins and usually feel bloated which prevents me from feeling 100% ready for photoshoots. I looked for solutions to help me deal with this problem for myself, and then decided to share it with the rest of the women.
NN:
Having been to 48 countries, which are your 3 favorite destinations?
KT:
Although every single country is beautiful in its own way and offered me such unique experiences, my favorite 3 were Greece, Iceland and Thailand.
NN:
Define Women Fitness for viewers.
KT:
Empowering women to feel stronger, healthier and beautiful not only on the outside but also on the inside. I love being a woman and model with curves… you don’t need to be stick skinny and unhealthy! I am the happiest and healthiest I’ve ever been and I hope to inspire other women!
NN:
How many times do you workout in a week?
KT:
Even though I may not be at the gym every day, I always make sure that every day I get some activity that makes me break a sweat, whether it’s going on a long walk or playing tennis. I try to associate working out not just with training or hitting the gym but more as daily activities.
NN:
5 things we’ll always find in your handbag?
KT:
Nubeyn plumping lip gloss, DITA sunglasses, a Soji Rose Quartz Water bottle, and a bottle of Cali Girl Cleanse!
NN:
Best part about being a social media influencer, And the worst part?
KT:
The worst part would have to be dealing with criticism and haters but over the years you build a wall to close off all that negativity and judgements. I’ve learnt that sticking to your morals and having a clear head space will allow you to block all the hate out of your life. The best thing is getting to do whatever I want whenever I want. I get to travel all over the world and make my own schedule. I really could not see myself doing anything else or could think of anything that would make me happier.
