Your breakfast comprises of?
KT:
I love a nice omelet with vegetables and some freshly squeezed orange juice, or a fruit smoothie with protein. I take all my vitamins in the morning as well as Cali Girl Cleanse, so I try to drink at least 2 glasses of water with my breakfast.

Your favorite workout routine includes? Cardio or Strength?
KT:
My favorite workouts are going on a long hike or doing yoga. I also love circuit training with lots of glute work.

Your pre and post-workout meals are?
KT:
Favorite pre workout meal is a banana. Post workout I like to have a protein shake or a Quest bar, a few hours later I usually enjoy a nice chicken salad.

Your Top 4 beauty hacks while running late for work?
KT:
I’m lucky that working as model, even if I’m running late I always get glam time before starting a shoot. As well as being a social media influencer I make my own schedule and not to mention the traffic in a LA is crazy so everyone expects you to be late.

Top 3 healthy snack options?
KT:
Pineapple, eggs, they’re great for protein and, apples with peanut butter.
