Introduce us to a typical day in your life.
Ms. Jezra M.:
A day in the life of Jezra is kind of simple but exciting, I start my day going to my 9-5 job which I love. I work for a college and I get the chance to interact with students and professor on an everyday basis. I get to help students academically and personally with any issues they have going on and I love it. After my 9-5 job is over I start my other job which is answering emails from companies who want to work with me as a model/blogger. I love when I receive emails from women around the world who want advice or information about modeling, body positivity information on where to shop for clothes and bras.
I started my hashtag #PUREBODYLOVE because I want women to love their bodies purely, I want women to understand that they are not alone; we are all here to help each other reach a positive point in life. And having women use the hashtag it encourages other women to start loving their own bodies purely.

What exercises comprise your fitness regime or workout routine to stay fit and healthy?
Ms. Jezra M.:
Right now I go to the Blink Fitness 3 to 4 days a week and I love it, I started going to the gym to gain lots of energy and strength and I must say I’m gaining that and more. I use the stair master some days and also the treadmill but I burn a lot using the stair master. I also use weights sometimes.

Tell us your Top 5 Favorite Healthy Foods or Recipes.
Ms. Jezra M.:
- I love making and eating salads (with grill chicken or tuna)
- Fruit salads are amazing to make and eat as well
- Shakes are amazing to make as well (fruit and vegetables)
- Pasta/ Lasagna meatless (every now and then) are great.
- Banana Cookies
