Jen Wilke on WomenFitness: Your website is full of great advice, and fun facts that everyone should check out…especially if you’re wanting a healthier lifestyle.
Ms. Namita Nayyar: Do you take some special diet or have a strict menu that you follow to remain healthy and physically fit?
Ms. Jen Wilke: I don’t stay on a strict diet, but I do enjoy eating healthy when possible. I love salads, steamed veggies, and fruit. You are what you eat, and you can definitely feel it when working out.
Ms. Namita Nayyar: You have glowing skin and gorgeous hair. Do you take some kind of skin treatment to keep it young and glowing and secondly what you do to your hair to make them look so stunning?
Ms. Jen Wilke: Having nice hair and good skin are super important when you’re a model, so it’s something that I try to take care of by using beauty products and taking vitamins. My favorite things to use would have to be coconut oil for my hair/lips, and aveeno lotion for my skin. I love products that are made with natural ingredients since they are less harsh on the body and seem to work well with my sensitive skin.
Ms. Namita Nayyar: Advice and motivational words for our inspiring and budding models and actresses who all are your fans, what should they do for their climb to the ladder of success in field of acting and modelling?
Ms. Jen Wilke: The best advice that I can give to anyone with a dream is to keep following it, and no matter how hard things may get…never give up. Learn to ignore the haters; they are only jealous of the great things you’re achieving. Never take no for an answer, because someone, somewhere will say yes. And always be happy with the choices you make, you are in control of your own future.
Ms. Namita Nayyar: Tell us how did it feel to be selected as Maxim 2014 Hometown Hotties Semi-Finalist. Tell us more about this memorable experience?
Ms. Jen Wilke: There are so many beautiful ladies that compete in this contest so being selected as a Semi-Finalist was a huge honor, and something that I am still very thankful for.
