What exercises comprise your fitness regime or workout routine you may wish to share?
Jasmin Cynara:
The best exercises that comprise my routine are mostly all compound exercises that work the whole body. Leg/Glute day is my body parts to work and I would say Donkey kicks and glute bridges and abductions are my absolute go-to for growing the booty!

Do you take a special diet or have a strict menu that you follow to remain healthy and physically fit?
Jasmin Cynara:
I honestly try and eat intuitively but I always make sure I’m getting my meals in at the right times and choosing whole natural foods. If I have a shoot or a specific event that I’d like to lean down for I track my macros more strategically by weighing out my portions and keeping track of my macros.

You have glowing skin and gorgeous hair. Share with us your haircare and skincare routine.
Jasmin Cynara:
Part of having gorgeous healthy skin and hair is diet and hydration. Supplementing with Vitamin B, C and Biosil help to create new collagen and help with nail and hair growth. Making sure you get enough micronutrients in your diet is going to help you fight back against oxidative stress and help keep your cells young.
I use retinol every other night as well as vitamin E & C serums to help keep my skin young. Sunscreen every single day also! If I could tell any young girl how to keep their skin young and beautiful, it would be to wear sunscreen daily!

Advice and motivational words to the inspiring and budding models, who all are your fans and shall like to know from you for their climb to the ladder of success in the field of modeling?
Jasmin Cynara:
My advice to any inspiring and budding models would be to create a vision board. Write down your goals and get up every day with the intention to do that. Work on yourself and your goals every day, make yourself a priority. Learn as much as you can and never compare yourself to others. Take advantage of all the opportunities you are given and learn as many lessons along the way.
