What exercises comprise your fitness regime or workout routine you may wish to share?

Now, for the first time I am training with a Diving coach here in Mexico City. Jose Antonio Martinez the coach of High Diving at the Comite Olympic, he is the responsible of my routine of training, workouts, exercises, gym… There are 6 days a week of training, with different routines, sometimes I don’t even get wet…Is a very nice and different experience to have someone next to you who is a master in this sport, a coach, a judge, and also can explain everything from the beginning to the end, following day by day my progression on this sport.

Do you take some special diet or have a strict menu that you follow to remain healthy and physically fit?

When I was younger I control a lot my diet during my career in gymnastics. Now i don’t follow any diet, but I look after things I am eating… a burger, pizza, ice cream feels really nice to have but surely not as often as vegetables, chicken, rice, cereals,…

You have glowing skin and gorgeous hair. Do you take some kind of skin treatment to keep it young and glowing and secondly what you do to your hair to make them look so stunning?

Thank you for your complements 🙂 I don’t take anything special for skin or for my hair. I usually wash everyday my hair with shampoo and conditioner, specially after entering to a pool full of chlorine. And I use also lotion body everyday, but the brand isn’t always the same.
