Share cardio & strength exercises that are an integral part of your workout routine? Five must-do mornings stretches? Any sport you like?
Isabelle Mathers:
For me, I only incorporate about 10 minutes of cardio at the beginning of my work out as a warm up, I really like skipping.
I love weighted hip thrusts, squats, lunges & core exercises.
For stretching, I love a downward dog, froggy stretch on the floor & anything yoga related, following a yoga flow in the morning is something I love to do.

Introduce us to a day in your busy life? How do you balance your routine as a model?
Isabelle Mathers:
A busy day in my life would consist of an hour training session in the early morning, up to an hour’s drive to a location of a shoot, shoot an 8 hour day, drive home, cook dinner, shower then bed & sometimes get up and do it again the next day! Sometimes it’s a lot but I wouldn’t change it! I love my job & my life.

Your meal before and after a workout? The secret to maintaining a slim torso. Your say on body shaming?
Isabelle Mathers:
I prefer to train of a morning on a empty stomach, although I do have my coffee before working out to wake me up. After training, I love a big meal, 2 pieces of avocado toast with eggs & a protein shake. Definitely don’t have any secrets to maintaining a slim torso. Eat well, exercise regularly & your body will love you for it!
