Introduce us to a day in your life.

I am a huge believer in getting a full 8 hours of sleep, as it makes a huge difference in quality work that would be done during the day. I eat breakfast while doing my hair and make up to save some time. Generally, I take some time to take selfies or to go through photos and figure out which one to post for the day and believe me, sometimes it is HARD to choose and come up with a clever caption. I also spread out my day between checking emails, doing IG live, and FB live to chat with my fans and answer their questions. Personally, I prefer working out in the evening since I am not a morning person.

What exercises comprise your fitness regime or workout routine?
Ms. Iryna Ivanova:
I have three categories of workout days:
– Chest/Back: bench press, incline dumbbell chest press, row, fly, lat pulldown, etc.
– Shoulders/Arms: shoulder raises/side raises, bicep curl, triceps extension, rear shoulder exercise, etc.
– Glutes/Legs: squats, split squats, walking lunges, hamstring ball, quad press, etc.
I exercise with a trainer for 1 hour/day, 6 days/week. I would probably do 7 days, but my trainer won’t allow it, as my body needs rest. I do not follow a super strict diet, as it is hard for me to keep the weight on. My routine consists of heavy weight lifting and very little cardio, which I usually substitute with hiking. I find treadmills extremely boring.

Do you take some special diet or have a strict menu that you follow to remain healthy and physically fit?
Ms. Iryna Ivanova:
My diet consists of very high proteins, healthy fats, and low carbs, but sometimes I can’t resist the cupcake at night. 🙂
