Ms. Namita Nayyar: You have done bold photo shoots as a model. How you are so body confident and advice to your compatriots?
Ms. Ianthe Rose Cochrane-Stack: I work hard for my body, and I am proud of it. I heard someone say a while ago ‘if you saved up for a ferrari, why would you just keep it in the garage?’. This made me laugh but there is truth to it.
Bizarrely I feel most confident when I am shooting lingerie, I suppose its because it makes me feel sexy, and when your feeling that confidence it shows behind the camera. My advice would be to only shoot what you feel comfortable doing, as it will show. Personally, I feel excited by pushing boundries when I shoot, but it’s not for everyone and that is absolutly fine! No photographer or client should ever make you feel uncomfortable.
Ms. Namita Nayyar: What you wish to say about the website Womenfitness.net and message for its visitors?
Ms. Ianthe Rose Cochrane-Stack: I think it’s fantastic that womenfitness.net are encouranging such a healthy lifestyle. There really is something for everyone, it doesn’t matter what your goals are. There are so many websites which promote unhealhy aspirations and its refreshing to see such a wholesome website.
Women Fitness Team thanks Ianthe Rose Cochrane-Stack for giving her valuable time for this interview and quenching the thirst of her fans to know more about her and also wish to thank Alison Griffin Director MOT MODELS who made this interview happen.
