Ms. Namita Nayyar: Do you take some special diet or have a strict menu that you follow to remain healthy and physically fit?
Ms. Ianthe Rose Cochrane-Stack: I believe in a balanced diet. I do eat very clean, i start my day, everyday, with eggs and avocado. It doesnt matter how much of a rush I am in, I ALWAYS have time for breakfast.
Generally I try to consume my 5-a-day, often in the form of juice’s. I try to curb my sugar cravings with dark chocolate, however if I want a bit of cake, ill have a bit of cake. I dont feel guilty if I have a ‘bad’ diet day, It’s not worth stressing yourself out over.
When I do workout, I use a range of suppliments to help me power through and recover. I am lucky that my partner runs a supplements company called Bestlife Supps, I’m always pestering him for more Supergreens and Pre Workout.
Ms. Namita Nayyar: You have glowing skin and gorgeous hair. Do you take some kind of skin treatment to keep it young and glowing and secondly what you do to your hair to make them look so stunning?
Ms. Ianthe Rose Cochrane-Stack:Well thank you! I have an amazing hair salon called Inanch in great portland street who I have to thank for keeping my hair in tip-top condition.
Modelling is often really damaging for hair as there is so much heat styling and backcombing on shoots, Inanch are constantly trimming, colouring and doing treatments on my hair. I highly recommend them!
With regard’s to my skin, I do get occasonal breakouts, especially after long shoot days where my skin has been under lights. I try to get a few facials every month, but will usually just unclog my pores with facepacks at home. At the moment I am loving Ren’s Glycolactic Radience Renewal Mask.
Ianthe Rose Cochrane-Stack on womenfitness.net: I think it’s fantastic that womenfitness.net are encouranging such a healthy lifestyle. There really is something for everyone, it doesn’t matter what your goals are. There are so many websites which promote unhealhy aspirations and its refreshing to see such a wholesome website. |
