Ms. Namita Nayyar: You are leading media personality, model, actress and a brand ambassador. How do you manage such a remarkable multi-dimensional lifestyle?
Ms. Ianthe Rose Cochrane-Stack: I believe the art to being successful in the modelling world is as much about your attitude as it is about your appearance. I work very hard and am incredibly busy, however I always make time for various work opportunities.
My attiitude has always been that I would pefer to have a life of ‘oh well’s’ than a life of regrets. You never know where an offer may get you, however small, so i make the most of the opportunities that come my way. I believe it is that attitude which enables me to handle such a multi-dimensional lifestyle and keeps me incredibly motivated and excited.
Ms. Namita Nayyar: What exercises comprise your fitness regime or workout routine you may wish to share?
Ms. Ianthe Rose Cochrane-Stack:Fitness is very important to me. Regardless of what career path you are in, I believe it is always important to make time for exercise, I believe is it the key to wellbeing.
Personally, I work out 2 to 4 times a week, depending on how busy I am. I always allow myself 20 minutes cardio, and follow with another 40 minutes of weight training. I think a lot of women worry about working with weights as they fear ‘bulking’. I used to think that too, however since incorporating both free weights and machines into my workout reigeme I am the leanest I have ever been. Whenever I work abroad,I always pack some ankle weights in my suitcase so I can do a little hotel room workout at the end of the working day.
