Ms. Namita Nayyar:
After graduated high school at sixteen, you won the Miss Teen Texas competition and took start your career in modelling. This propelled your modelling career to the height where you have been at the top of the world of fashion and glamour modeling and have also been featured as the Playboy magazine’s Playmate of the Month for April 2009 after testing for the 55th Anniversary Playmate search and later became the 2010 Playmate of the Year. Tell us something about this fairy tale journey?
Ms. Hope Dworaczyk:
I grew up on a farm. From very young I knew I wanted to be a model and dreamed of going to New York City. I never could have imagined my life to be what it is now. I have travelled well beyond New York and am truly living my fairy tale while staying true to me and the things I value.
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
You moved from United States to Europe and on to many other countries for your professional career. For a model adjusting to new countries with their own cultures it must be difficult and then to adjust with modeling career in the new foreign land, what advice you can give to fellow models in a similar situation?
Ms. Hope Dworaczyk:
Suck it up. If you want to be successful you have to embrace change. You have to wake up happy, go to work, and be positive no matter what. I lived in Tokyo when I was 19 years old. I love it now but I really disliked it at the time. No matter what I woke up, I showed up and worked with a smile. In order to be successful you must lose all fear sometimes that is all you need to do to see changes in your every day life.
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
You are world leading media personality, model, TV host, reality television personality, actress and a brand ambassador. How you manage such a remarkable multi-dimensional lifestyle?
Ms. Hope Dworaczyk:
I no longer work for a paycheck. I choose things I love and never endorse something just for money. It’s all about finding balance. I’m now a mother and wife so there’s balance to be found there too. I’m still working on getting it right and wake up happy determined to live life to the fullest daily!
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
What exercises comprise your fitness regime or workout routine you may wish to share?
Ms. Hope Dworaczyk:
I do Lagree Fitness/The Lagree Method and when I want cardio I walk long flights of stairs. I sometimes walk to the 50th floor of a building I love in New York. I did it 9 months pregnant (with many breaks) and I do it now.
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
Do you take some special diet or have a strict menu that you follow to remain healthy and physically fit?
Ms. Hope Dworaczyk:
Very little red meat. Lots of fish and chicken and anything green!!

Ms. Hope Dworaczyk:
I change products often but do go to a dermatologist in NY for extractions and chemical peels. I don’t do heavy peels very very light ones so I never leave red. I try to do them 3-4 times a year. I use many hair products but right now I’m using Kerastase. I love Moroccan Oil. I’ve stuck with that product pre blow dry for years.
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
Tell us about your experience of working as a host and co-producer for Inside Fashion on television in Canada for the E! channel?

I actually pitched the show standing at the blackjack table in Vegas and less than a year later we were on E! entertainment in the U.S. and Canada. When you want something sometimes you just have to ask!

How did you feel on being selected by Playboy magazine’s as the Playmate of the Month for April 2009 after testing for the 55th Anniversary Playmate search?
Ms. Hope Dworaczyk:
I love Seth Rogen and when I found out the first cover would be shared with him I was very excited. To come back 14 months later and do a cover on my own was a dream come true. I have always loved Playboy and the beatiful women in it.
Ms. Namita Nayyar:

What you wish to say about the website Womenfitness.net and message for its visitors?
Ms. Hope Dworaczyk:
Being fit should be a big part of everyone’s life. It has nothing to do with being attractive to others. It has everything to do with making you feel good inside and out (and a little to do with looking good naked!)
