Ms. Namita Nayyar: You must have been interested in fitness and sports at an early age. You transformed your own body with weightlifting in 2013. Later you were encouraged & motivated to compete in fitness competitions. You reached the pinnacle of success by being a leading fitness model. Tell us about your journey that took you to the the world of fitness?
Ms. Hope Beel: My name is Hope Beel, I’m 26 years old and I reside in Dallas, Tx. My fitness career started 4 years ago. I have always been active and an athlete all throughout my high school years but I never had the passion to take it to the next level until I met my better half, Justin Martin, who is a personal trainer and who convinced me to train for my first bikini competition. I had never actively lifted weights to gain muscle so it was all new to me. I was the girl who ate pizza and ran 5 miles to try to stay in shape. Little did I know that I would fall in love with the lifestyle and take my fitness career to a whole new level after my first competition. I placed 2nd in one of the largest NPC fitness competitions and that gave me the confidence to continue. Luckily, I met an amazing photographer who introduced me to my amazing sponsor Fitness Gurls and my career then really took off. From gracing the covers of several magazines, continuing to compete, and succeed, all while building my brand and social media.

Ms. Namita Nayyar: What is your motivation to take a multi-faceted personality of a fitness model, professional bikini competitor, personal trainer and nutritional expert?
Ms. Hope Beel: It’s been a blessing to have so many people who believe in me to follow my journey and my goal is to continue to inspire people to believe that it doesn’t matter where you are, what you’ve done, you can always become what you’ve always wanted to be.
Ms. Namita Nayyar: Would you like to share your exercise routine that you do to maintain such a perfect bikini physique?
Ms. Hope Beel: I love to mix it up, I think it’s important to keep your muscles guessing. Typically I’ll do three weight training days, 2 classes; kickboxing, Pilates, or spin, and 1 high intensity cardio day.
Ms. Namita Nayyar: Tell us about your diet. Do you take a particular fixed regulated diet comprising of nutrients and vitamins to keep you in perfect health?
Ms. Hope Beel: My diet is based off balance. Typically throughout the week I’ll have lean protein, complex carbs, and veggies. I try to eat every 2-3 hours. I also have my cheats, and I don’t deprive myself from anything. I believe that once you take things out of your diet for a period of time and try to put them back in, you create food allergies. Plus, I maintain my physique year round, so having balance in my diet has been very helpful.
Ms. Namita Nayyar: You have glowing skin and gorgeous hair. Do you take some kind of skin treatment to keep it young and glowing and secondly what you do to your hair to make them look so stunning?
Ms. Hope Beel: Thank you, before I started my fitness journey believe it or not, I didn’t have good skin. I think diet plays an important roll in beautiful skin and hair. Also, drinking plenty of water.
Ms. Namita Nayyar: Fitness modelling is about bold photo shoots. You did various photo shoots and showed your spectacular chiseled physique. What advice you wish to give to the women of today to be body confident in order to do such bold modeling?
Ms. Hope Beel: I think the more you do it, the better you get. I think we have have greatness in us you just have to find that and channel your inner Beyonce. You just have to go into your shoots with confidence.
Ms. Namita Nayyar: Advice and motivational words to the inspiring and budding professional Bikini competitor girls who all are your fans and shall like to know from you for their climb to ladder of success in field of professional Bikini competitions?
Ms. Hope Beel: I don’t compete anymore but I’m grateful for the platform I created from the bikini competition world. My biggest advice, have intentions on why you’re competing, most girls can’t answer that question. Competing is very expensive, so if you don’t know why you’re going through the process, it’s best to reevaluate why you want to do it.

Ms. Namita Nayyar: Tell us more about the Personalized Workout and Diet Plan you offer on your website www.hopebeel.com?
Ms. Hope Beel: It reflects the exact lifestyle that I live every day. I don’t want to introduce a 1000 calorie diet to girls just so they lose weight fast. I always stress that this journey takes time and it’s important to do it slow and steady. Accomplishing short term goals helps you get to your main goal.
Ms. Namita Nayyar: Elaborate about your experience when you had 425 cc silicone implants. Kindly advice women who wish to get a breast augmentation?
Ms. Hope Beel: I did it for me, after competing I lost the fullness in my breast. I am very happy with the results. When it comes to any plastic surgery I think it’s totally fine to do something that will give you more confidence.
Ms. Namita Nayyar: Tell us about a memorable experience you still remember about one of the fitness competitions that you would like to share?
Ms. Hope Beel: My first competition, I didn’t know what I was doing, I actually did my own prep and went on stage with true confidence and end up winning second in my first show! That got me hooked!
