What is your motivation to take a multi-faceted personality of a fitness model, fitness trainer, media personality, contributing editor and nutritional expert ?
Ms. Holly Rilinger:
I love to inspire people. I’m very good at self motivating. When I was a kid I knew what I wanted and I went after it. I was able to visualize what I wanted, set goals and work hard to get what I wanted. No one ever had to tell me what to do. This is my gift to share with the world now. Fitness is something I believe in so it makes it easy. Of course I want everyone to be healthy, but in the end I believe movement and fitness makes you HAPPY. And happiness is the key to life. Everyone wants to be happy.
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
You have glowing skin and gorgeous hair. Do you take some kind of skin treatment to keep it young and glowing and secondly what you do to your hair to make them look so stunning?
Ms. Holly Rilinger:
Thank you! I really don’t do anything special. I don’t really even stay out of the sun!! I love being outside. I eat right and that helps keep all parts of your body healthy. I moisturize in the morning and evening as well.
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
Your endevour and newest creation is an outdoor boot camp-style program called “Training Camp” which is modeled after a pro athlete’s preseason training period. Tell us more about your this successful venture?
Ms. Holly Rilinger:
This is a one month outdoor boot camp program. I believe in the power of team, goal setting and commitment. With a team, you have people that will support and push you. Setting goals are the only way we can measure our success in life. And by committing a one month program, you can create momentum and habits.
