Geordie Shore’s Holly Hagan Talks About Her Fitness Transformation & Being Healthy

Holly Hagan is an English television personality best known as the cast of the MTV series Geordie Shore. With over 3.6 million followers on her Instagram profile she has received a lot of love and appreciation for her work on-screen.

Women Fitness’ President Namita Nayyar recently got the chance to interview this stunner about her beauty essentials, fitness regime and eating tips.

Ms. Namita Nayyar:

You were born and bred in Thornaby, Middlesbrough. Later you worked for HM Revenue and Customs and in sales at Santander. You were featured in MTV’s hit series MTV’s Geordie Shore. This propelled your career in acting and in reality TV to the height where you have been at the top of the world in television and  modeling and has also being featured as cover model for the Loaded and Nuts magazines. Tell us something about this fairy tale journey?

Ms. Holly Hagan:

That’s pretty much summed it up, I would have never imagined when I started Geordie Shore and I was only 18 years old, that I’d be where I am today. It’s been a crazy journey.

Ms. Namita Nayyar:

You are world leading media personality, model, actress, reality TV star, Style Icon and a brand ambassador. How do you manage such a remarkable multi-dimensional lifestyle?

Ms. Holly Hagan:

I don’t know if I’d say I’m a world leader in those departments but I’ve definitely given everything a go. I just do what makes me happy when the opportunity arises.

What exercises comprise your fitness regime or workout routine you may wish to share?

Ms. Holly Hagan:

My entire diet and exercise regime is in my Body Bible book, that’s the exact routine I used to lose my weight and get myself in shape. I still use it when I’m looking to shed a few pounds here and there too.

Ms. Namita Nayyar:

You had a remarkable weight loss by dropping around impressive 21 pounds weight and so on to get back your stunning bikini physique. Tell us how you were able to achieve that?

Ms. Holly Hagan:

I used my Body Bible routine to do everything, it was hard work and sometimes I struggled, but it was worth it in the end – I’ve never felt better about myself!

Ms. Namita Nayyar:

Tell us about your experience of working on the show MTV’s hit series MTV’s Geordie Shore?

Ms. Holly Hagan:

I love my Geordie Shore family, and that’s exactly what we’ve become.

Ms. Namita Nayyar:

Elaborate about the books “Lose Five Pounds in One Week” and “Booty Camp The complete Bum Workout” written with fitness and nutrition expert Ashley Lucas?

Ms. Holly Hagan:

Well, Lose Five Pounds does exactly what it says on the tin – it’s a bit more extreme than my Body Bible books, but it’s only designed to be used for a short period of time – as it says in the medical disclaimer in the the book, and Booty Camp has workouts and exercises specifically for your bum.

Ms. Namita Nayyar:

You have done bold photo shoots with Loaded, Nuts, Zoo, UK’s FHM, OK! and Heat. How you are so body confident and advice to your compatriots?

Ms. Holly Hagan:

I’m a normal girl so I have days when I’m confident and days when I’ve got no self-esteem, but at the end of the day it’s about being confident in your own skin, and doing whatever you’re comfortable with doing.

Ms. Namita Nayyar:

What you wish to say about the website Womenfitness.net and message for its visitors?

Ms. Holly Hagan:

I’m glad that there are websites, like yours, out there that focus on women being healthy and confident, rather than trying to be a size zero. That’s the message that I like my fans to take away and I hope your visitors understand that too.
