Being a student of nutrition, you must believe that healthy eating and exercise regime are inseparable. What would be your advice to friends in order to stay healthy and physically fit? Women often carry an impression that celebrities don’t eat & survive on a fad diet, share your thoughts on the same?
Ms. Heloise Agostinelli:
Yes I do. However I believe that we are all different and our bodies will respond to different diets in different ways. What makes me feel the healthiest and fittest is when I eat whole fresh foods. I don’t believe in starving myself or other fad diets. If I have a shoot coming up, I will cut back on carbs and sugar. Most importantly though I believe that your mental wellbeing has a huge impact on your body. Feeling stressed and anxious can make you bloated and make your skin breakout. So focusing on being happy and living the life you want to live is where it all starts.

Well I will keep a few little secrets to myself however my mother always taught me to never go to bed with makeup on no matter how late it is.. Drinking water is very important too. I also try not to wear too much makeup when I am not working in order to let my skin breath. My favorite skincare brand is Kora Organics by Miranda Kerr.
