Ms. Namita Nayyar: You were discovered at the young age of 12 at a Britney Spears concert. Since then you have sweeped the modeling world by appearing in campaigns for Chanel, Alexander McQueen, GAP, Bally, Armani, Calvin Klein, Dolce & Gabbana, Etro, Barneys, MaxMara, H&M, Hazzys, and Moschino. Tell us about this incredible modeling journey and how it all began?
Ms. Heidi Mount: After being discovered at a Britney spears concert I spent time modeling in LA, NYC and Paris part time as I finished school. I later made NYC my permanent home, where I started working full time and experienced the amazing career that I have.
Ms. Namita Nayyar: You are a world leading media personality, fashion model and a brand ambassador. How do you manage such a remarkable multi-dimensional lifestyle?
Ms. Heidi Mount: I love being busy. Being a mom, doing social media, and working with different brands keeps me excited and happy. I wouldn’t know what to do if I had too much down time. I think its all about balance and doing the things that you find interesting and fun.
Ms. Namita Nayyar: What exercises comprise your fitness regime or workout routine?
Ms. Heidi Mount: I have quite a strict work out regime. I work out daily, instrument a big class fan. I love my gyms which are SLT (cardio Pilates), Bari (dance cardio and floor toning) and Soul Cycle (spinning) and if all else fails a run on the westside highway always gets the endorphins going.
Ms. Namita Nayyar: Do you take some special diet or have a strict menu that you follow to remain healthy and physically fit?
Ms. Heidi Mount: I love food. I also love cooking which makes it an easy way to keep everything low calorie and low fat. I also love green juices from juice press, my favorite is Mother Earth.
