Tell us your story of events that led you from childhood to competitive pole dancing?
Ms. Galina Musina:
Since 6 years old I have started to go in rhythmic gymnastics. Rhythmic gymnastic is very beautiful sport and improves girl`s grace, flexibility and body’s beauty. When I was 14 years old I had finished my gymnastic training, got a qualification and certain skills level. Became a student(18 years old) I have been keen on gymnastics again and danced with a team for a while. When I got a good progress in pole dance that was a time to choose: gymnastics or pole dance. And I made my decision! I choose pole dance!
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
You embrace a unique style of pole dancing. Your innovation produces mesmerizing style of pole dancing. Elaborate on this concept of your’s?
Ms. Galina Musina:
It is a pleasure for me that people find my dance style interesting and memorable. I think over my every dance and performance and of course it especially concerns character of dance. It is more important how you dance than what you dance. At International PoleDance competition my performance was merry and lively, I think that was a main reason of success.
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
What exercises comprise your fitness regime or workout routine you shall like to share?
Ms. Galina Musina:
My training contain different exercises for all muscle groups. Usually I start my training with warm-up, then foot, legs, back and hands stretching. Actually it is very important to have strong hands and flexible shoulders. That’s why I pay more attention to them. And finally pole training starts. I like that during this training almost all the muscles work and you get a great result, that is noted immediately. Poledancers are well-shaped and have strong and beautiful body.
