This action is repeated until the food is consumed or the time has expired. Guests have included Former Professional Wrestler and MMA Fighter Daniel Puder, Former NFL Green Bay Packer Michael Montgomery, comedians and other public figures.

Women Fitness President Ms. Namita Nayyar did a candid interview with exceptionally multi-talented Gail Kasper actress, Host, Executive Producer, Creator, and Writer talk about her workout, diet, hair & skincare, and her success story.
Namita Nayyar:
From your move to California at the age of 19 to your many accomplishments including being a Top 5 National Finalist in the Wilhelmina/Shape Magazine Hot Body Competition, a national television personality, the Host/Creator of the only late night show in Philadelphia – Raw Reality, and the current TV Host of Philly Vision- tell us more about this fairy-tale journey?
Gail Kasper:
Thank you for the accolades, but I’ve never looked at my life as a fairy tale. I have always been competitive with the expectation that I would have to work extremely hard to achieve any goal. None of what I’ve achieved has been easy. Every accomplishment has been the result of extraordinary discipline, sacrifice, and preparation mixed with continuous education and research, and then finally a belief in me – even when I set out to achieve those goals alone. The payoff has been an increased level of confidence and credibility that has laid the groundwork for future work and successes.
Namita Nayyar:
You are creator of SAD-TTM (The Systematic-Attitude-Development Technique TM), a life-business-fitness expert, and the author of over a dozen audio books published through Hachette Publishing, including Take Control of Your Life in Challenging Times. Elaborate more on SAD-TTM and your audio book Take Control of Your Life in Challenging Times, the title so applicable in today’s pandemic climate?
Gail Kasper:
SAD-TTM is the Systematic-Attitude-Development Technique TM – a process by which you take charge of your emotions by getting logical, and follow a step-by-step plan to achieve personal and professional goals. If you were to look at this at its basic level, the Systematic-Attitude-Development Technique TM helps you to get out of a rut to have a successful “day.”
Emotion can breed inaction and panic, which can cause you to freeze – while logic enables you to take clear steps. The Systematic-Attitude-Development Technique TM provides a 4-step formula to achieve goals and get to success. All of my products can be found at www.gailkaspertv.com.
Namita Nayyar:
Between your on-camera work as a model, actress, and brand ambassador – and your off-camera work as a producer and writer – how do you manage such a remarkable multi-dimensional lifestyle?
Gail Kasper:
GREAT PLANNING. As with anything, you set time aside for the important people in your life and for work. With work, I’ve been very fortunate that many of my skills can be interwoven into my day-to-day activities. Typically, the behind-the-scenes work dictates the beginning of my day where I help clients strengthen their brands. This work is followed by my childhood passion of being in front of the camera whether I am preparing to be interviewed across the country, hosting Philly Vision, or most recently, getting geared up to be the Ring Announcer for Celebrity Boxing. I love the challenge of it all.

Namita Nayyar:
What exercises comprise your fitness regime or workout routine?
Gail Kasper:
My fitness routine can best be described through the Amazon product, The Selfie Fitness Challenge, a full-body workout system that incorporates cardio into overall strength building. I believe whole heartedly that you can work out anywhere and this 30-minute workout program can easily be done at home, using household items. My favourite exercises are squats, push-up frogs, push-ups, planks and hand-stand push-ups against a wall.
Namita Nayyar:
Do you have a special diet or a strict menu that enables you to remain healthy and physically fit?
Gail Kasper:
My breakfast typically starts with a bran muffin. Yes, there are many benefits to bran, but with me, I just love the taste. I love bran muffins and am very disappointed if I don’t eat one that is worthwhile :(. To the contrary, if I find a great bran muffin, I am hooked forever. With regard to lunch and dinner, I always strive for balance – chicken, veggies, salad, salmon. But I do love to splurge – and am happy to take on any dessert – ice cream, a giant piece of chocolate cake. Yep, they’re all good!
Namita Nayyar:
You have glowing skin and gorgeous hair. Share with us your hair care and skincare routine?
Gail Kasper:
Thank you. I keep my life simple where I can. I don’t over process my hair if it’s not necessary. Sometimes I don’t even comb my hair after a shower. And I don’t wear make-up if it’s not necessary. I keep it natural and along with that, try to eat the things that best support healthy living.
Namita Nayyar:
Tell us about your program “40 And Fabulous! How to Stay Fit from Your 20s to Your 50s”?
Gail Kasper:
Forty And Fabulous is all about paying attention to your changing body. Being a high-performance athlete, my body is constantly changing. There’s a need for certain vitamins, foods, exercise – everything counts. I have learned how to monitor where my body is and make adjustments as necessary. Forty And Fabulous teaches women what to look for and how to be in tuned with their body – and then shares tips to help them make those adjustments. I had to learn how to do this the hard way. I don’t want other women to fall into the same pitfalls that I did.
Namita Nayyar:
What advice and motivational words would you share with budding models and fans to help them climb the ladder of success?
Gail Kasper:
Four things. Go to a good modeling school. Get good pictures. Get an agent. Then, fight like hell for it. The first three dictate preparation. The last determines your will. Nothing in life is going to be easy, you might as well at least be on a road where you can live your passion.
Namita Nayyar:
You have been recognized as celebrity ambassador, donating countless hours to motivating thousands of high school students, military families and Troops, as well as creating awareness for animal rescue and welfare through your www.pawtographs.org foundation. How has giving back impacted you?
Gail Kasper:
One of the greatest accomplishments I have ever achieved was when a high school student said, “Because you did it, I can do it too.” Each one of us has the ability to impact a life and open a mind, to get someone to believe enough in themselves – to at least try. If we, as leaders, can follow that up by being supportive and kind with regard to their efforts – whether they succeed or fail, that’s even more impacting. Whether I’ve helped people or animals, sometimes my efforts feel drowned in the
Overwhelming abuse of this world – but then I remember, that’s unproductive. Because in helping one child or one animal, if everyone lived this thought, together we’d make a difference.
Namita Nayyar:
You have co-hosted the Emmy award-winning America’s TV Job Network. Tell us more about your experience working on this show?
Gail Kasper:
America’s TV Job Network was my first introduction to the television world. I had dreamed of being on television as a child but let that dream go when I went to college. I thought I’d fail. When I stumbled upon the show working another job, the Producer mentioned that they were reformatting the show and looking for new hosts. I said, “What about me?” I sat on their doorstep for three months in the hopes of getting hired. At the end of that time, they denied me and said they were holding auditions as they needed someone with experience. Regardless of the rejection, I went to the auditions and was hired! For as long as the show was on the air, I was the co-host of America’s TV Job Network. I knew then that anything is possible!
Namita Nayyar:
Tell us your perceptions of Womenfitness.net.
Gail Kasper:
To me, Women’s Fitness represents women who have accepted the challenge to become everything they can be, representative of their individual talents. Women’s Fitness opens the minds of women who might be thinking, “is it possible?” To say, “It is possible.” Women’s Fitness is spreading a net so wide where we, as women, can establish new paradigms.
Namita Nayyar:
Today social media plays a vital role in putting your message across to your followers and fans. What is your message?
Gail Kasper:
I hope that people find a sense of consolation when they visit my social world. I aim to inspire. At the deepest level, I want people to be happy and at peace, and I believe the easiest way to peace is to live your truest self – whatever that might be. Be you, folks! The world is waiting for it!
