the brand world wide. Frequently, he contributes in Allure with his own insiders

Dick Page's Floating Liner Tips.
To get those graphic swipes of blue and green liner
-
To begin with clean your face,
follow it by a skin
illuminating face colour in
gold and white for that un-bronzing effect.
-
Support it with diffused pink lips.
-
For that floating eyeliner, place graphic swipes of blue and green
liner, in a crescent-moon shape in the crease just above the eyes. According
to Page, The “floating detail” add a crisp, minimalist flourish that plays
perfectly with the designer.
-
To sign off, add one coat of thick black mascara.
According to Page, eyes should be the focus of attention.
Other alternative could be, floating black triangles at the outer corner of the
lids. You can also try those fabulous 3-D stickers. Try the look out with a
metallic silver or gold liner on your top lids and then stick the tiny stickers
along your bottom lids for a glamorous shine. This style may be best reserved
for a fabulous gathering.
