If you think you might have binge eating
disorder, know that it can be successfully
treated. The first step is getting a diagnosis.
To do that, a doctor or other health
professional will give you a physical exam and
ask questions about your eating habits,
emotional health, body image, and feelings
toward food.

You Are So Close
Often when you feel like you want to give up and you are
about to give up you are so close to making a huge
break-thru.
Seth Godin has written an awesome book about this called
“The Dip” – a riveting read that teaches that at any
given time you are always just a heartbeat away from
success.
There will be a time when you find yourself asking if
the goal is even worth the hassle. Maybe you’re in a
Dip—a temporary setback that will get better if you keep
pushing
Stay focused and motivated when it really counts.
