If
you don’t replenish your internal water supply, you can
easily become dehydrated-which in turn prevents your
body from performing as it should. This is more of a
problem for women than men, because, unlike men, women
tend to have more body fat than muscle. And body fat
doesn’t hold water as well, as muscle. Carry a bottle of
water with you and stop for frequent sips. Humidity can
add to your risk of passing out. Watch for
lightheadedness and stop exercising if you feel faint.

Words of Inspiration

Defining Aspiration
The
origin of word “aspiration” comes from similar words
“spirit” and “inspire”. They are all derived at some
level from the Latin word aspirare which means “to
breathe upon” , “to breath life into” or “panting with
desire.”
Instead of relying on luck and hope, take control of
your life by defining your aspirations and goals.
Begin by taking time to sit in a quiet location and
answer these questions:
What are the things that are important to me in life?
What am I good at accomplishing?
What are the workout routine I don’t enjoy?
How would I describe my perfect being?
Once you’ve written down your aspirations, the next step
is to identify your goals, for e.g. healthy body,
weightloss etc.. Your goals are the stepping-stones you
will use to reach your desired destination. Keep in mind
that the quality of the goals you set will determine
their effectiveness.
Having a clear list of goals will help ensure you’re
headed in the right direction and end at the desired
result (your aspiration) using the most direct route.

You cannot escape the results of your thoughts. Whatever your present environment may be, you will fall, remain or rise with your thoughts, your vision, your ideal. You will become as small as your controlling desire; as great as your dominant aspiration.
