When
building triceps, it is important to properly warm up
prior to beginning the workout. Warm-up with two sets of
triceps press-down exercises using a moderately heavy
weight. Typically eight to 10 repetitions per set is
adequate to warm up any muscle group. Since the triceps
are a smaller muscle, many trainers choose to exercise
the triceps prior to working on biceps or the back. The
triceps typically have begun to tire from working on the
biceps and back and are easily strained before even
working on them. Add a routine specifically for building
triceps, the result would be bigger and better triceps.

Accept Change
Change
happens to you everyday. People change everyday; they
grow. Your circumstances change a bit everyday as
something new is thrown into the equation.
There are a multitude of changes happening in your life
everyday. Some of the changes bring tears to the eyes,
pain to the heart and question your soul. Other bring
joy, sheer bliss and gratefulness.
You can survive it all, by taking one day at a time and
remembering that it's your perception of change that
affects your thoughts, feelings and reactions. Change is
hard, at times and usually causes stress. But once you
learn some stress relieving techniques, you will
surprise yourself as to how calm you can become.

I do fun things like hiking and yoga so
it doesn’t seem like I’m working out at all,"
says Holly Madison. She is due to have a baby
