Hot Fitness Tip

Recent research shows that it’s best to consume whey protein two hours before exercising - after exercising, within two hours or less. This is the time when the body needs protein the most. More recent studies have reduced this time to as little as 15 minutes. Whey Protein digests easily to start nourishing muscle tissue in need of repair. It has a high concentration of branched chain amino acids (BCAAs) which are used by muscle fibers during exercise. The body prefers to use BCAAs during periods of exercise as a source of energy.

Low levels of BCAAs may lead to increased fatigue, especially during endurance exercise.

Words of Inspiration

Overcoming Frustrations

Frustration can have highly damaging impact on our frame of mind. It can turn a positive person into a negative person. It can inhibit our progress and, in the most extreme cases can completely immobilize us. We can become so wound up with our frustration that we can't think or act rationally, or we can even become aggressive.

There are countless causes of frustration, and what affects one person may have no impact on someone else. There are no simple answers or remedies. Some people simply give up on what they were trying to achieve. Some people walk away from the cause and go onto something else, and find they can then face the problem rationally when they come back to it.

Stepping back from the cause of the frustration and making yourself calm down will help us to see things more clearly. Learn strategies and techniques to deal with the frustrations. Learn techniques to overcome your problems and be more productive, which will contribute to your success.
