Hot Fitness Tip of the week

Rather than spending all your time in the gym working the treadmill, incorporate a circuit-training program that will build muscle while burning fat. Circuit training routines can be found on Women Fitness, but the basic idea is to move from one strength training exercise to the next with little rest in between. This results in a fast-paced workout and elevated heart rate. It is a great way to prime your body to burn fat while also constructing stronger lean muscle tissue.

On the other hand, If you're trying to maintain a lean physique while building a significant amount of muscle over time, then focus a majority of your time on heavy weight training and incorporate 3-to-5 low intensity cardio sessions per week. Your cardio sessions shouldn't be longer than 20-30 minutes each.

Words of Inspiration

The Time is Now

When is the best time to change your life and be the person you want to be? Right, Now!

Don't wait to care about peace - the time is now. Don't wait to be less angry - the time is now. Don't decide to be positive later - the time is now.

Why are we complaining when we have so much, right in the palms of our hands?

Be grateful and hopeful for all that you are blessed with. Be grateful for all that has come into your life - the good times and the not so good times and hopeful about today and tomorrow. Each experience we have teaches us something about ourselves and how we view the world. Be pro-active today! Pray for peace and harmony, love and understanding.
