Here, I would like to share a message from one of our
subscriber. Lorrie Knappe send us this mail "Your weekly
e-mails mean a lot to me. As a matter of fact, I sent in
a comment on Jan 6th. On that date I was only at 59% of
my goal. Today, I am at 100% and I do not want to lose
the support and encouragement of the weekly e-mail.
Please, if there is anything you can do to put me back
on the list... I would be very grateful." Thanks a tons
for those kind words, Lorrie.
Getting back. This week we focus on, Shedding body
fat with minimum muscle loss: a better goal.
Increasing your ratio of muscle to fat can make you look
more in-shape, even though the scale may say you are
heavier, as both vary in appearance. Muscle makes you
appear leaner, while fat just makes you look fat.
Keep Training,

Go for Superhydration. If you are well hydrated most of
your body's waste products can be eliminated through the
kidneys. When you are underhydrated much of this burden
is assumed by the liver. One of the liver's main
functions is the processing of stored bodyfat for use as
energy. If your liver is occupied processing waste
products it is less efficient at mobilizing bodyfat.
Superhydration not only burns calories, it allows your
liver to be more efficient at mobilizing fat off of your
body.

Grow above your Goals
Sir Edmund Hillary was the first man to climb Mount
Everest. On May 29, 1953 he scaled the highest mountain
then known to man-29,000 feet straight up. He was
knighted for his efforts.
In 1952 he attempted to climb Mount Everest, but failed.
A few weeks later a group in England asked him to
address its members. Hillary walked on stage to a
thunderous applause. The audience was recognizing an
attempt at greatness, but Edmund Hillary saw himself as
a failure. He moved away from the microphone and walked
to the edge of the platform.
He made a fist and pointed at a picture of the mountain.
He said in a loud voice, "Mount Everest, you beat
me the first time, but I'll beat you the next time
because you've grown all you are going to grow... but
I'm still growing!"
Moral: Never give in to your failures, bounce
back harder next time.
