The body-mind connection is a powerful element of hot
flashes and emotional symptoms. Rhythmic breathing
exercises (paced respiration), which helps you meditate
and relax, can effectively reduce your hot flashes.
Researchers have found that deep, slow breathing can
reduce the effects of hot flashes in half, probably by
calming the central nervous system. You could try
Standing Forward Bend, Dog Pose, Supported Lying Down
Bound-Angle Pose, Supported Legs-Up-the-Wall Pose,
Supported Bridge Pose. These postures provide a good
foundation on which to build a yoga practice that will
help maintain a woman's well-being during her menopausal
years and beyond.

Find a need and fill it
One of the most powerful ways to achieve success is also one of the most simple.
Find a need and fill it. The bigger the need, the more successful you'll be when
you identify it and do what is necessary to address it. Look for what needs
improvement, then be the person to deliver and sustain that improvement.
Everywhere you look there are opportunities to do so. In every situation there
is the possibility of adding value, there are places where some attention,
creativity, ingenuity and effort can make a big and continuing positive
difference.
When you see a problem, when you spot a shortcoming, when you hear a complaint,
you're coming face to face with real and substantial opportunity.
You're seeing a hole that's waiting to be filled with achievement.
You can be dismayed about how bad things are or you can be excited about the
opportunities to make them better. Real and lasting success is achieved by
making things better.
The opportunities are all around you. Find a need and fill it, make the world a
better place, watch as your most treasured dreams do indeed come true.

"I dread success. To have succeeded is to have finished one's
business on earth, like the male spider, who is killed
by the female the moment he has succeeded in courtship.
I like a state of continual becoming, with a goal in
front and not behind."
George Bernard Shaw

Top 10 to handle the Frenzied Eating Habits
In order to break the cycle of eating large portions all the time try out these day-to day solutions.
eating with fork Get started with your fork. Get into the routine of putting a very small amount on there. Do this intentionally at first, and it soon becomes a habit that happens without even noticing. If you are eating fries, pick up one, not seven. If they are the gigantic “steak fries,” eat a reasonable bite of one, only one at a time. Don’t cram your mouth full, then reach in for six more. If you have something like a hot dog, eat small bites of it and make it last. You won’t look like that cool guy on the commercial, but pretty soon you won’t be that fat either. By doing so you become more of a nibbler than a gobbler. Catch yourself when you put too much in your mouth. That’s the only way the habit will stick.
