Ms. Namita Nayyar: What exercises comprise your fitness regime or workout routine you shall like to share?
Ms. Elisa Di Francisca: My typical day starts around 9 a.m. with physical labor, followed by Annalisa Coltorti, and fencing lesson with mistress Giovanna Trillini. Then, in the afternoon, I go to the room and have a shot of fencing with the other guys.
Ms. Namita Nayyar: Do you take some special diet or have a strict menu that you follow to remain healthy and physically fit?
Ms. Elisa Di Francisca: I’ve been following the Zone diet supported by Enervit. Before the event I couldn’t eat anything. And thus “absorbed” cali energy and concentration. Ms. Namita Nayyar: How did you feel after your memorable wins of two Gold medals in Foil fencing at 2012 London Olympics in individual and team category?
Ms. Elisa Di Francisca: I felt happy, I was flying and once on the podium to sing the anthem of Mameli really I didn’t realize the company it created. Even today, after two years, every time I pause to look at my medals and it seems like a dream.

Ms. Namita Nayyar: It is known that you had fought back in matches with sheer determination against all odds and returned to win. How you were able to overcome mental block when your team is trailing and then reversed the final outcome of the match in your favor and what advice you can give to a fellow sports person in a similar situation?
Ms. Elisa Di Francisca: I do not know how do I do it because I am all very natural. I close my eyes, I hear, hold all energies and I focus.
