With my friends we have a group chat where we help each other to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Trying to keep a healthy food routine, without having to sacrifice too much, and we also help vegan friends exchanging recipes and restaurants and tell each other about our cheating days, to be honest, we models, also eats cakes and sweets, and it’s good to treat yourself sometimes.
Also discovering macro and mini to nutrients such as Chia, Curcuma, Soy, Goji beans, Vegetal Carbon and much more.

Foods I love are: Açai bowls with Granola and Banana, Black code, Kafkafi pasta with shrimps, Paccheri with tomato and Buttata.
I don’t like lard, I hate salami, I don’t like chips, fries, I don’t like onion and garlic

Skin, I try to use so many products to make my skin glow. Glam glow is one of my favourite brands as for masks and I use them 1/2 times a week. I always change based on the season cause skin changes too, sometimes has more acne, sometimes is dry other times is oily. It’s important to take of your makeup every day and use good sunscreen and moisturizing cream.
For my hair I use very commercial brands you can find in any super market, very important is the oil to nutrition and repair your hair. And don’t use often the phon and iron, braid your hair before going to sleep (grandma’s secret).
