I love this question and I’m happy you asked me. Very simply, we women are used to do more things simultaneously, all with the same amount of love and passion. I, personally, would not be myself without my fans and audience and being able to create something mine, makes me connect with my followers even more.
Making people feel like they are part of something, is what makes me continue and pursue my dreams even more empathizing with everybody.

What exercises comprise your fitness regime or workout routine you may wish to share?
Elisa De Panicis Agnelli:
I always love to create new routines and try new sports. Pilates for example is like my second skin, I love it and it helps one physically and psychologically. Very useful for one, like me, and those having knee problems.
Very important is to have a knowledgeable personal trainer that tells you the right positions. But for the rest of the day I usually spend 10/15 minutes every morning that helps me to start a positive day.

How do you train your abs? One secret to your toned body.
Elisa De Panicis Agnelli:
Simple Abs training and I do a circuit with a training roller to not get too tired. Fundamental is the jumping rope, which is little and fits in your pocket.
And dance every morning as much as I can, maybe also towing in some Tik Tok to have fun.
