Do you take some special diet or have a strict menu that you follow to remain healthy and physically fit?
Ms. Elena Foley:
I love salads with olive oil, vegetables, oatmeal, fish and seafood. As far as sweets, I only like milk chocolate. Not eating carbs, sugar or sauces. I consume minimum fruits and red meat.
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
You have glowing skin and gorgeous hairs. Do you take some kind of skin treatment to keep it young and glowing and secondly what you do to your hairs to make them look so stunning?
Ms. Elena Foley:
For young skin I would recommend using only natural masks (homemade ones are especially good). My favorite so far is the raw Avocado mask. The recipe is Avocado with a tiny drop of olive oil. You leave it on for 10min. From creams I prefer Mac products. Because my hair gets damaged during fashion week, I get it treated at the salon, as the recovery time at home would be tedious.
