Ms. Namita Nayyar:
You were an aspiring ballerina as a young girl and started modelling at age 13. Who has been your inspiration and motivation that led you to conquer the world of modelling ?
Ms. Elena Foley:
I loved the scene, as well as the cameras. It brought me incredible joy. I would have never been able to become serious ballerina with a height of 5’11”.
After ballet I switched to R&B dancing. I broke my back and was unable to do any acrobatic elements. My mom asked me if I wanted to try modeling. My proportions were perfect for it and there will be a “scene” too, plus I would have the opportunity to travel around the world. So this is how it started.

You have done modelling for television, print and walked on ramps, which one is more satisfying professionally?
Ms. Elena Foley:
I am fulfilled in doing creative work with a very professional team. It doesn’t matter if it’s a shoot or runway, when everyone does his/her part well, the result is always breathtaking.
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
What exercises comprise your fitness regime or workout routine you may wish to share?
Ms. Elena Foley:
Lots of cardio, then abs and core. In the end, I do yoga and stretching. Altogether, that’s around 2-5 hours of workout time.
