How do you train your legs to stay fit? 3 Must-do exercises for those killer abs?
EM:
For the legs I love the lunges, many squats, leg extensions, and always change, less weights more repetitions, more weights less repetitions! For the abs I do all kinds of exercises such as lifting legs, MTC, sit ups, etc. But the most important thing is how you eat.

Tip to stay Hydrated?
EM:
It works very well for me to start the day with 2 glasses of water in the mornings. I drink water during my training and I count what’s left! I confess that it is difficult for me to drink water, so I always count what I drink, to make sure I drink 2 liters or more per day.

EM:
Ooohh! Pizza, pasta and sweets! My weakness are sweets.

EM:
I use most of them: Nike, Reebok, Adidas, Babalu, Under Armour.
