Introduce us to a day in your busy life? What’s like a day off routine?
Ebba Moberg:
Depending on the schedule the days varies. After breakfast I head out on castings. For the most part I have time to eat, but if I don’t I always bring a snack to get the energy up and carry on my day. I also make a visit to my agency.
A busy day I might have work in the evening as well, especially during MFW. On a free day I like to hang out with my friends, do some homework and workout. My free day often contains of a lot of homework.

Your meal before and after a workout? The secret to a slim torso.
Ebba Moberg:
I eat an apple before a workout and drink a ton of water during. After my workout I eat a proper meal to get my energy back.

Favourite Meal of the day according to you would be? What does it contain?
Ebba Moberg:
One of my favourite meals is salmon, oven baked potato with a feta sauce and salad. As a beverage I drink sparkling water.
