Instructions

- Mix well and season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Serve with fresh vegetables or pita chips.
6. Beetroot Dip
Ingredients
- Black sesame seeds
- tahini
- toasted sesame seeds
- ginger
- olive oil
- soy sauce
- balsamic vinegar
- beetroot
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Toast black sesame seeds in a dry pan over medium heat, stirring frequently, until they are fragrant and begin to pop.
- Remove from heat and let cool.
- In a food processor, combine tahini, toasted sesame seeds, ginger, olive oil, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, and cooled black sesame seeds.
- Peel and chop the beetroot into 1-inch pieces.
- Add to food processor and pulse until desired consistency is achieved.
- Serve with crackers or vegetables.
7. Pumpkin Seed Dip
Ingredients
- Pumpkin seeds
- olive oil
- lime juice
- garlic
- salt
- pepper
- chili powder
- cumin
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Spread the pumpkin seeds on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
- Squeeze the lime juice over the seeds.
- Add garlic, salt, pepper, chili powder, and cumin.
- Toss to coat.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring once or twice until the seeds are toasted.
- Serve with chips, crackers, or vegetables.
