1. Roasted Garlic White Bean Dip
Ingredients:
- White beans
- Garlic
- Olive oil
- Lemon juice
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Peel garlic cloves and place them in a small baking dish.
- Pour olive oil over garlic cloves.
- Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let cool.
- In a food processor or blender, combine roasted garlic cloves, white beans, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Ingredients
- Black beans
- Jalapeno
- Tomato

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Spread black beans on a baking sheet and roast for about 25 minutes, stirring a few times.
- Remove from oven and let cool.
- In a food processor, combine roasted beans, jalapeno, tomato, olive oil, and lemon juice.
- Blend until smooth.
- Serve with chips or use as a condiment.
3. Creamy Avocado Dip
Ingredients
- Plain greek yogurt
- Avocado
- Lime juice
- Garlic powder
Instructions
- Start by adding plain greek yogurt to a bowl.
- Cut an avocado in half and remove the pit.
- Scoop out the avocado and add it to the bowl.
- Squeeze fresh lime juice into the bowl.
- Add garlic powder and mix everything together.
- Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, or vegetables.
