You have done bold photo shoots with Instagram and many others. How you are so body confident and advice to your compatriots?
Deimante Kazenaite:
I don’t do a lot. Mostly from holidays with bikini. I just always tell myself no matter what somebody says to you – you are strong enough and perfect the way you are. The more mature I’m the more confident I feel about my body. It’s just coming more from mindfulness than actual body. It’s true that everything is in our heads. The more you love yourself the better change you do for yourself. Not for others.

How do you train your abs? One secret to your toned body.

The best results I have when I get into routine doing planks in morning on empty stomach. 3 times 1minute and then anything works in the gym or Pilates.

I love veggies, fish, fruits, eggs, and beef/chicken. I try to eat less gluten products, dairy because they make me feel bad. That’s all.
