You are a world-leading media personality, Instagram star, model, and brand ambassador. How do you manage such a remarkable multi-dimensional lifestyle?
Deimante Kazenaite:
I don’t know what I can say exceptional to that. It’s about willing to do things and do it right. Simple rule “the more you do the more you can do” works for everyone. So basically, its discipline. And prioritizing things. It’s what I learned in life. Where you put your energy, this sphere grows. I don’t believe in motivation as it’s something magical what come to us. Motivation is usually seen in wrong place. As it’s the feeling that always comes first and then you build the castle.
No, usually motivation comes when you trigger yourself and do things. When you are finished doing a thing, you then get the energy and feedback and then where the motivation comes to do more and then to believe in yourself. You have to start with something. Even it is little, tiny steps.

What exercises comprise your fitness regime or workout routine you may wish to share?
Deimante Kazenaite:
I don’t have specific ones. I’m more into idea of just always moving and finding what comfort you. So sometimes I’m into Pilates – do it online or go to classes. Sometimes I go for weightlifting which was a bit forgotten in those Covid times and now came back to me. Sometimes I want to dance or do tennis. So, it’s more about finding time for myself and prioritizing me.

Do you take a special diet or have a strict menu that you follow to remain healthy and physically fit?
Deimante Kazenaite:
No, I don’t. I was always super skinny. It’s in my genes. The only difference can be – I can be skinny fit or skinny fat. When I don’t eat healthy, I don’t feel good in my gut. And In general, I love good quality food, I love vegetable and fruits. So, ten years ago by right people surrounding me I learned eating better and healthier. It’s a lifestyle, not a diet. And if I want to eat something junk I go for it and forget. It doesn’t change a big picture of me.

You have glowing skin and gorgeous hair. Share with us your hair care and skincare routine.
Deimante Kazenaite:
I’m grateful for nature of having it good in general. And try not to take it for granted. I always do my skincare as a rule. Doesn’t matter how tired I’m – it’s my routine to slow down. I cleanse my skin good, use toner and different creams depending on the season. I love Babor concentrates and a lot of their products.
For hair depends on the color I have. No I’m blond so God knows how much effort you have to do with those hairs. Mask which I didn’t use before is a necessity. My tip would be to use mask for 10 minutes and then put conditioner for 1-2 minute, it close the pores of the hair. Oil for the ends and heat protection is also a must.

My most favorite quote is “You can’t always be strong but you can be brave”. That’s how I try to go through life. I’m not always strong and don’t push myself to be. But I always try to overcome myself and fears. And get this courage from inside within to do things. And try something new. Not known.
