Ms. Namita Nayyar: You grew up in La Havana, Cuba where you lived for 17 years before shifting to the United States. Would you like to share with us any special moments from your childhood?
Ms. Dayami Padron: Of course, I remember singing to my brothers and family when we didn’t have light at home, I always use to entertain my family with my craziness, also remember using my mother’s make up and her clothing to play I was a big woman lol, I remember too many beautiful moments in the country where I was born, I will keep it in my heart for the rest of my life!!
Ms. Namita Nayyar: You are a world leading Media Personality, Actress, Model, Singer, Host and an Entrepreneur. How do you manage such a remarkable multi-dimensional lifestyle?
Ms. Dayami Padron: Well that’s not easy at all lol but I try my best and I enjoy doing it, sometimes need time by myself to rest and reset.
Ms. Namita Nayyar: What is your current workout routine?
Ms. Dayami Padron: 35 minutes cardio
Then 3 session of legs routine
Then 3 session of Abs routine
4 or 5 days a week
Also a balanced diet, exercises without a diet doesn’t Work for me !! I do both !!
