An Exceptionally Talented Professional Dancer, Model and Fashion Blogger Danielle Peazer Shares her Spectacular Success Story
Ms. Namita Nayyar: What exercises comprise your fitness
regime or workout routine you shall like to share?
Ms. Danielle Peazer: I don't really enjoy going to the
gym - I'm not a fan of using the different machines so I
much prefer to do short exercises at home. Even if it's
5-10 minutes of exercise like a variety of squats to
music I enjoy - it distracts me and allows me to push my
body further without necessarily realising it.
Ms. Namita Nayyar: Do you take some special diet or have
a strict menu that you follow to remain healthy and
physically fit?
Ms. Danielle Peazer: I believe in everything in
moderation - I don't restrict myself, I just try to be
sensible and if I have been eating not so great recently
I'll make sure that I go on a bit of a health kick. Bad
food affects my mood and skin rather than my weight so I
try to drink as much water as possible to stay looking
and feeling my best.
Ms. Namita Nayyar: You have glowing skin and gorgeous
hair. Do you take some kind of skin treatment to keep it
young and glowing and secondly what do you do to your
hair to make them look so stunning?
Ms. Danielle Peazer: I don't currently take any
supplements for my hair or skin, I have done in the past
and wouldn't rule it out for the future but I like to
give it a break and allow my skin and hair to develop
naturally. I use hair masks about once a week as I have
a lot of heat styling on my hair so have to look after
it as much as possible.
Ms. Namita Nayyar: You in 2013 created your blog "Idle
Lane" and gained a loyal and enthusiastic following
eager for advice on fashion and beauty items. Kindly
advice what according to you is the 'colour' in fashion
and also makeup tips with casual dressing?
Ms. Danielle Peazer: In my opinion, there isn't any
right or wrong and that is why I love it so much. A
colour that I love, others might not, it doesn't mean
that I am right and they are wrong. Fashion is about
expressing yourself how you want to. A colour that I
always tend to wear is black but I think that's because
I find it so easy to dress in all black!
Ms. Namita Nayyar: Advice and motivational words to the
inspiring and budding professional dance girls who all
are your fans and shall like to know from you for their
climb to ladder of success in the field professional
dancing?
Ms. Danielle Peazer: Work hard, accept that you may have
to miss out on parties and things to allow for you to
train or take part in dance competitions and believe in
yourself even if it feels as though everyone is against
your decisions.
