Ms. Namita Nayyar: What exercises comprise your fitness
regime or workout routine which you may wish to share?
Ms. Danielle Knudson: I am fortunate that I can get away
with a lot. But more importantly I am well aware of what
works for me and that I need to maintain it. It's not as
much as for me work as it is for me. I love to drop the
line when people ask me why I work out, I say "so I can
look good naked". I focus a lot on my core work.
Stabilizing a lot with longer more eccentric work to
elongate and tone the muscles. I love holding isometric
planks many times throughout the day. It's so easy and
you can do it anywhere. I also do a lot of squats and
lunges for my legs. I travel with a TRX as well because
it's so portable. All these things turn any room or
hotel room into my own personal gym. When I can in
various cities I try to join Pilates and barre classes
so I can surprise my body and keep on top of it. I
always love a good challenge and try new things.
