Claudia Alende is a Brazilian model, recording artist, influencer, and business woman. In 2017, Forbes named her one of the 15 Top Instagram influencers that you should follow.
At the age of 20, Claudia finished Vice Champion in a beauty contest, garnering her immediate international media attention. The media also noticed her uncanny resemblance to American actress and model Megan Fox and began writing about it. The news went viral, as did the Brazilian model’s celebrity.
Claudia currently boasts over 10 million followers on Instagram alone. In 2017 she released her debut single “I’m Good at Being Bad,” whose video has over a million views and in Aug 2018 she released her new single “Spotlight.”
Women Fitness recently had the wonderful chance to talk to Social media Sensation Claudia Alende about her favourites in an exclusive interview. Check it out now!
NN:
As a child, you were considered a tomboy by many, but eventually you began singing opera at local, hometown gigs. When did you realise that you possessed the potential of a model and recording artist?
CA:
I started singing really young, when I was 8 or 9 years old. I was always engaged in something artistic as a child. I took vocal lessons, painting, piano lessons, acting classes – and my parents always embraced and pushed my artistic side. So as I was growing up I was naturally attracted to it.
NN:
Being a model, recording artist, influencer and businesswoman, which role defines you the best?
CA:
Businesswoman.
NN:
Your daily fitness routine looks like?
CA:
I go hiking 4-5 times a week, and to the gym 2-3 times a week.
NN:
A healthy breakfast for you should include? And what do you like to treat yourself with on weekends?
CA:
My breakfast is the least healthy meal of my day, actually – waffles with caramel syrup and orange juice. Then the rest of my day is organic, healthy meals. Usually one protein, vegetables and one carb. I really don’t have a day or weekends for cheat meals. I feel like I have a healthy relationship with food. I don’t “diet.” If I want to eat pizza on a Monday, I go for it. You need to find a balance.
