Stretches: Roller, hamstring stretch, bicep and triceps stretch, quad stretch

A great day for me always involves balance. Right now that means balancing internships, school, workouts, photo-shoots, and fun.

Typically I fast before my work out if I’m doing a heavy cardio day, and eat a big late breakfast around noon.

Favorite Meal of the day according to you would be? What does it contain?
Claire Woods:
Breakfast! A good scramble with eggs, bacon and potatoes and a slice of sourdough toast. My dad’s scramble is the best I’ve tasted, hands down!
