What exercises comprise your fitness regime or workout routine you shall like to share?
Ms. Chemmy Alcott:
Skiing is about being as diverse and adaptable as possible. Nothing is predictable so you have to be immensely strong to handle all the g forces and accommodate all the bumps and jumps in terrain. But you also have to have a very high endurance level since you spend most of the year at altitude.
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
Do you take some special diet or have a strict menu that you follow to remain healthy and physically fit?
Ms. Chemmy Alcott:
Yes I always followed a high protein diet as I was lifting weights so regularly but also I wanted to maintain a high weight as I felt around 73kg was my optimum for performance but obviously this needed to be muscle mass!
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
You have glowing skin and gorgeous hairs. Do you take some kind of skin treatment to keep it young and glowing and secondly what you do to your hairs to make them look so stunning?
Ms. Chemmy Alcott:
My friend helps me! She is incredible. We all have sports body massage but she has a technique of bringing this into the face and giving me better bone structure. I also swear by heaven skincare. But most of all I drink plenty of water as I believe beauty comes from within. Oh and if you ever feel like you are having an ‘ugly’ day wearing a big smile is a great distraction!

Advice and motivational words to the inspiring and budding professional alpine skiing girls who all are your fans, they shall like to know from you, what they should do for their climb to ladder of success in field of alpine skiing ?
Ms. Chemmy Alcott:
I dreamt I was going to win an Olympic medal when I was a little girl so from that I have always followed the motto: “The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams.” by Eleanor Roosevelt. The journey to success is never always up – it is a roller coaster of highs and lows.
