Charlotte Crosby is an English reality television personality from Sunderland, known primarily for appearing in the MTV reality series Geordie Shore. She also won Celebrity Big Brother series twelve in 2013.
Being a fitness enthusiast, on 26 December 2014, Crosby released her first fitness DVD entitled “Charlotte’s 3 Minute Belly Blitz” to an overwhelming success. The workout DVD featured Richard Callendar of ITV’s The Biggest Loser fame and weight loss expert David Souter. It quickly becomes the UK’s fastest selling fitness DVD as it shifted 101,000 copies in its first four weeks on sale and overtook 2008s “Dirty Dancing’s Official Dance Workout”, which sold 77,000 copies in the same time period. 3 Minute Belly Blitz topped the official sports and fitness chart upon release and also knocked off Disney’s Frozen off the top of the Official DVD charts.
The following year on 26 December 2015, Crosby released her second Fitness DVD entitled, “Charlotte’s 3 Minute Bum Blitz”. The object of the DVD is to get a ‘more peachy bum’. In April 2016, Crosby publish her first health and fitness book and her second overall book to date, Live Fast, Lose Weight: Fat to Fit. The book features Charlotte’s tips and tricks on keeping fit and 80 recipes for a healthy lifestyle.
Lets hear her spectacular story and love for fitness in a candid chat with Namita Nayyar, President Women Fitness.
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
You are best known for appearing in the MTV reality series Geordie Shore and for winning the twelfth series of Celebrity Big Brother. Since then you have come a long way having published multiple books and Fitness DVDs. Walk us through your incredible journey so far.
Ms. Charlotte Crosby:
I have been enormously lucky with the TV opportunities that I have had and I work very hard to try and I love the brands that I work with so am very motivated to work hard and make them very successful.

Introduce us to a typical day in your life.
Ms. Charlotte Crosby:
My schedule varies enormously so there’s no such thing as a typical day, however yesterday for example I had a morning TV show talking about my new book 30 day blitz, then I went over to MTV to film for MTV news and then I had 2 meetings, one with my manager and one with series producer for a new show I’m working on.
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
What exercises comprise your fitness regime or workout routine?
Ms. Charlotte Crosby:
That very much depends on how busy my schedule is but I will always try and incorporate movement into my daily routines wherever I am, even getting something out of the fridge can be an exercise, the “ fridge squat” then there’s the stairs, they are always great for the legs. I love HIIT when I have the time and I walk the dogs for miles when I am at home.
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
Do you take some special diet or have a strict menu that you follow to remain healthy and physically fit?
Ms. Charlotte Crosby:
No I don’t follow a strict diet or menu, I just try and stick to healthy food options and drink lots of water.

In 2014, you released your first fitness DVD “Charlotte’s 3 Minute Belly Blitz” to an overwhelming success and the following year, you released the second one, “Charlotte’s 3 Minute Bum Blitz”. How do you wish to promote health and fitness among women through these DVDs?
Ms. Charlotte Crosby:
I saw a massive improvement in my confidence, mood and energy levels when I lost the weight so if I can help other women to do the same then it makes me feel very blessed and grateful to have such amazing opportunities.

Ms. Namita Nayyar:
In mid 2014, you launched your fashion line Nostalgia, in association with British online fashion retailer ‘In The Style’ and in 2016, launched its first swimwear collection. Tell us more about your fashion line and how were you inspired to start it?
Ms. Charlotte Crosby:
I’ve always loved fashion, what girl doesn’t?! When I was overweight I was very self conscious and hid myself in baggy t shirts but after losing the weight which coincided with starting to work with In The Style I was able to really experiment with different styles and enjoy wearing more figure hugging choices.

With a massive following of over 6.1 Million followers on your Instagram Account @charlottegshore, you’re a social media sensation and an internet leading star. How does it feel that you are able to influence the healthy lifestyle of so many individuals?
Ms. Charlotte Crosby:
I feel incredibly blessed and very grateful that my fitness related activities are able to positively influence the lives of other individuals.

Advice and motivational words to the inspiring and budding actresses, who all are your fans and shall like to know from you for their climb to the ladder of success in the field of reality TV?
Ms. Charlotte Crosby:
Be true to yourself, be kind and work hard.

Since you’ve been a part of many reality TV shows, what is the one best and the one worst thing about Reality TV?
Ms. Charlotte Crosby:
Reality TV has given me so many opportunities that I would have to say that’s the best thing about it, in fact I don’t have a bad thing to say about it for that reason.
