Charlayne Everhart: World Most Stunning Fitness Model Reveals Her Deepest Secrets on Sexual Health
Ms. Namita Nayyar: We always hear that we could be have
better sex, a better orgasm, or a better relationship.
But we do not actually hear the nitty-gritty details of
how we might actually achieve that. Provide some light
on the same?
Ms. Charlayne Everhart: Having a good relationship is
about having passion, lust and excitement in daytime
living and in the bedroom. Having this with your partner
can enable everything else to become at its best.
Sometimes a relationship needs a little spicing up, that
doesn't necessarily mean it's a bad thing. It's an
excuse to do something for each other, to excite each
other in a new way. Personally I love to dress up and
I'm a big lover of black lace and stockings.. That's
always worked rather well for me ;)
Ms. Namita Nayyar: Masturbation is a normal, enjoyable
and healthy experience. Research shows most women over
the age of 18 have masturbated at least once, but few
women do so routinely. According to Indiana University's
National Survey Of Sexual Health And Behavior, only 7.9
percent of women between the ages of 25 and 29
masturbate two to three times a week. Tell us your own
experience about masturbation and what you wish to tell
our readers?
Ms. Charlayne Everhart: It's always healthy to explore
your own body. Knowing your body helps you show your
partner what it is that turns you on and helps each
learn about each other .. And it can be very fun and
rewarding for both parties. So it's good for you and
it's also a good form of release.
Ms. Namita Nayyar: For years, the clitoris was
considered the only trigger for the female orgasm. Even
finding the clitoris turned out to be a daunting task
for many women. In 1950 a physician by the name of Dr.
Ernst Grafenberg found an even more mysterious female
pleasure spot hidden within the vagina. This area became
popularized by sexologists in the 1980s as the "G-spot."
It turns out that stimulation of the G-spot produces a
very powerful kind of female orgasm and in some women,
it even produces female ejaculation, colloquially known
as "squirting.". What has been your personal experience
about G-spots and what ways you can suggest to other
women to explore their own?
Ms. Charlayne Everhart: This is something which can be
triggered during highly excitable moments. It can happen
to us all. Some without realising and some are actually
able to perform this at will. But do not feel this is
something that is something every woman can do as I know
many who have tried and never succeeded however have a
very happy healthy sex life.
