Charisma Davis is a model, creative Influencer, entrepreneur and mindset coach. She is about 24 year old influencer that empowers others through coaching and modeling to embrace their true selves. Women Fitness President Ms. Namita Nayyar catches up with Charisma Davis an exceptionally talented US born model, Influencer, entrepreneur and mindset coach here she talks about her fitness routine, her diet, her beauty secrets and success story.
Namita Nayyar:
Where were you born and had your early education? You have a rare personality of mesmerizing beauty and entrepreneur. Tell us more about your professional journey of exceptional hard work, tenacity, and endurance.
Charisma Davis:
Growing up I was surrounded by hard work and success which gave me a little taste of the lifestyle I aspired to achieve. I was born and raised in Sarasota, Florida with dentist as parents and two older sisters which led me to feel like I always had something to catch up to. To this day the consistency hasn’t slowed down and my passion to take action has continued to grow.
Namita Nayyar:
You are a mindset and success coach. You promote the same through your Insta handle @1dayatatime_insta. Tell us more about this endeavor of yours.
Charisma Davis:
Mindset has a huge impact on how we feel in our day to day lives. I’ve always wanted to accomplish my goals but wasn’t sure how I would achieve them all in just one lifetime …lol. By reminding myself to take things 1 day at a time, I’ve been able to slow down and focus on what’s needed now to get to the next step. It shows me that little steps lead to big milestones and we don’t have to get overwhelmed by looking at the bigger picture. With my brand 1 Day at A Time, my mission is to empower others to believe they too can achieve their goals, daily action adds up!
Namita Nayyar:
You are a world-leading social media personality, supermodel, health enthusiast, entrepreneur, actress, and brand ambassador. How do you manage such a remarkable multi-dimensional lifestyle?
Charisma Davis:
Taking things 1 day at a time… Literally! When I’m looking at all my to-dos and responsibilities I can begin to feel overwhelmed if I don’t break things down into smaller portions. This is something I work with my clients on during our coaching sessions, chunking goals and having a balance between different tasks and passions. It’s important to give yourself a variety of work and fun. Balance is key and having an agenda and someone to help keep you accountable is essential to keeping things in order.
Namita Nayyar:
What exercises comprise your fitness regime or workout routine you may wish to share?
Charisma Davis:
Sticking to a routine is helpful in making sure we target all the areas in our bodies. For my fitness goals, I aim for 3-5 workouts a week hitting my arms, legs, abs and more. Stretching, light cardio, HIIT, calisthenics and weight lifting are practices that will always be in my schedule. For my arms I have been doing a lot of dumbbell workouts, the stair climber is one of the essentials for my legs and of course the abs are my absolute favorite!
Namita Nayyar:
How do you train your abs? One secret to your toned body.
Charisma Davis:
Abs is my favorite! I believe they hold so much power as the core and center of our bodies. I have a nice abs video on my YouTube channel that shows a variety of exercises and why it’s important to train upper, lower and side abs/oblique’s to ensure you target each area.

Do you take a special diet or have a strict menu that you follow to remain healthy and physically fit?
Charisma Davis:
DIEt… the word itself has DIE in it. I try to limit myself from overdoing certain foods but I never want to restrict myself completely. A balance is important as I know certain foods can lead to how I feel physically and mentally.
Namita Nayyar:
Five foods you absolutely love and five you keep to a minimum.
Charisma Davis:
I love a lot of food ~ but here are five that I am proud to eat as they keep me healthy … acai (this is on the menu at my restaurant for a reason), salad, pistachios/cashews, avocados, and meat. Five that I have to balance out as I don’t want to overdo them… fried foods, pancakes/French toast, syrups/dressings/butter, salt/sodium, ice-cream/desserts (my favorites)… Eating healthy is beneficial to help reach your fitness goals; it’s nice to treat these foods that you keep to a minimum as a treat/reward for working hard.
Namita Nayyar:
You have glowing skin and gorgeous hair. Share with us your hair care and skincare routine.
Charisma Davis:
For my skin, I have an esthetician that gives me a monthly facial and I am consistent with my skincare routine/products. As for my hair, I get deep conditions and treatments/trims every 6-8 weeks.
Namita Nayyar:
Five skincare myths.
Charisma Davis:
- You must try out the most expensive products
- Dark eye circles/bags mean your sleep deprived (nope these bags are Gucci ;))
- Sunscreen is only needed when you’re outside in the sun
- The harder you scrub the better
- Poor hygiene is what leads to a breakout

You are the owner of the restaurant “Teas days”. Elaborate more about this milestone in your professional life.
Charisma Davis:
Growing up in Sarasota, I felt like there wasn’t much to do to stay out of trouble other than the mall or the beach. Once I left the area to study abroad I discovered boba tea and quickly became obsessed wanting to try the different types and flavors all over.
After returning to Sarasota I decided to open a boba place in the area (since there was none) and create the space to be safe, welcoming and eventful! Not only does Teas Days offer boba tea but we also serve a variety of healthier and some other options as well as host weekly events, shows and parties.
Namita Nayyar:
Tell us more about a day in the life of Charisma?
Charisma Davis:
Each day I strive to make different. Of course I have my routine of waking up, knocking out my biggest goal of the day, getting outside, reading, and drinking my gallon of water but each day is unique in its own way. Drinking water is my morning tip to no longer hit the snooze and get some fluid moving in our body. Getting outside is a must as I realize the fresh air and sunrays bring me gratitude and a feeling of mindfulness.
And just moving your body is as important as it is one of our many capabilities and helps us stay strong and healthy. A few other things I try to do nearly every day include checking on my restaurant/staff, reviewing emails/social media and learning something new (reading, studying, quick video or experience).
Namita Nayyar:
You have done bold photo-shoots for a number of fashion brands, and magazines and on your Instagram handle @charisma.davis. How you are so body confident and advice to your compatriots?
Charisma Davis:
“BOLD is a MUST if you want to STAND OUT in this world”. But I must admit I am not always the most confident, I struggle with my looks, thoughts and sometimes feeling like I’m not good enough. BUT THEN, I remember I’m only human, we all are, and were all on our own path following our dreams and doing our darn best. That’s all that matters, as long as I’m doing my best and giving my all ~ I’ll remember that, look at my success and keep moving forward with more confidence than before.

Your idea of a perfect date?
Charisma Davis:
Getting to know each other with a fun experience rather than forcing awkward conversations. Trying something new to be open and show some vulnerability, authenticity and setting the stage for a strong bond.

Charisma Davis:

Charisma Davis:
We all start somewhere. Never think it’s too early or too late, you’re not too big or too small, too short or too tall. If you want to become a model you need discipline, effort and a strong mindset. It takes planning, preparing, building a portfolio, showing up EARLY and trying new things to get noticed.

If it weren’t for my health, I don’t think I would even remotely be the Charisma that I am today. My health brings me happiness, energy, peace of mind and productivity.
