Char B is a sports therapist, writer, columnist, personal trainer, mother, TV presenter and spokes model.
She has done three competitions 2012 NIFMA Nationals, NIFMA 2013 Nationals and the Miami Pro 2014 UK Championship’s and won all three. At the Miami Pro she also won the overall championship receiving her pro card. Her recent win was at the Miami Pro World championships in April 2015 where she obtained her pro Elite status. Not one but two more pro cards!
She now hold the title of Miami Pro UK champion and the pro-elite World Champion in two categories ! She is collaborating with many of the top industry names and companies.

She is well aware of the importance of proper exercise and nutrition, this is why she has joined Team Definition. In her career she been fortunate enough to work for all the major sporting networks, including Sky and Channel 5, and have had featured in most of the top health and fitness magazines, including Playboy.
Char B is world hottest fitness model and Pro-elite World Champion. She is exceptionally talented and highly accomplished. She is in conversation with Namita Nayyar President Women Fitness.
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
You got into fitness after having your daughter Tia, You had a bikini shoot when she was just 7 months old. You did competitions like 2012 NIFMA Nationals, NIFMA 2013 Nationals and the Miami Pro 2014 UK Championship’s and won all of them. You reached the pinnacle of success by winning first place in the MP Pro Elite championships athlete 2015. Now you hold the title of Miami Pro Uk champion and the pro-elite WORLD Champion in 2 categories !Tell us about your journey that took you to the world of fitness and as a winner in Professional Bodybuilding competitions?
Ms. Char B:
Well I’ve always been a keen gym goer. However I was what you call a cardio queen. Until I discovered lifting weights and noticed the ability of being to enhance my curves. I’m a firm believer as a woman we should be beautifully curvy and not painfully thin -counting calories, macros or weighing out food.. that’s not a lifestyle. Unless of course you decide to take to the stage and compete.
When it came to competing it took a different level of eating to learn and conquer. Conquer being that I hate food being the subject of what’s good for you and what’s bad for you.
I believe that everything is good for you. What’s bad is the amount and what form it takes. I must admit I never weighed out my food, even when competing. I knew roughly what my body needed. However I understand for those that have never put their bodes through such a nutritional and physical routine how this or at least a rough guide, helps.
I’ve always had to get photo shoot ready or in a bikini for a particular calendar or brand…. I just know what my body reacts to. One thing is for sure, lifting weights make you hungrier, well it does me.

Ms. Namita Nayyar:
How your experience and background of many years as a personal trainer and therapist for many years has helped you in carving your present profession of being a fitness model and professional figure competitor?
Ms. Char B:
Being that I have studied in health, nutrition and fitness for almost 12 years now, has definitely helped me with my achievements! From studying raw food nutrition to sports therapy and even boxing coaching, it has all helped with my knowledge to not just teach myself but also help others achieve their goals. The nutrition side in particular is where I’m hot, I like to make it as simple as possible, never obsessing over weight, calories, macros… in fact ideally little counting and more enjoying.
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
Share your exercise routine that you do to maintain such a bikini perfect physique?
Ms. Char B:
My exercise is not like many others… I do’nt train single body parts.. I do’nt stick to the same routine and I don’t have a particular method. I like to change it, challenge it and adapt it.
I like to spend time on my boxing one day and then on my weights .. unless I am training to compete, I like to keep my exercise varied and more importantly enjoyable!!
Where people go wrong is trying to follow what everyone else is doing.. ‘lift heavy to tone up” or “squat to attain a great butt’… yes that’s part of it, but for me if you don’t do it right, don’t bother in my books. Form is key and so is constantly challenging your body.
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
What is your diet? Do you take a particular fixed regulated diet comprising of nutrients and vitamins to keep you in perfect health?
Ms. Char B:
My diet is mainly plant based, little meat products pass my lips, with the added protein shake. One thing I would definitely recommend is the range of Udo Choice. The omega oils are amazing for your beauty regime as well your nutrition intake of health fats. – it has worked wonders for my complexion. The super macrobiotics have also helped with my tummy issues. Training when you suffer from IBS can at times be painful, as any IBS sufferer will tell you. So these have helped to ward of those bad bacteria in my gut, allowing for a happier tummy.
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
What is your motivation to take a multi-faceted personality of a fitness model, professional bodybuilding competitor, nutritional expert, sports therapist, writer, columnist, personal trainer, mother, TV presenter and spokes model?
Ms. Char B:
I am my own motivation. I do not ever strive to look like anyone else, to be anyone else or to do what anyone else is doing. I have my own goals, in health and fitness. And that’s what keeps me going. I’m proud of myself as are my family. And of course when you bring home trophies. . that obviously inspires the ongoing motivation to better myself!
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
You have glowing skin and gorgeous hair. Do you take some kind of skin treatment to keep it young and glowing and secondly what you do to your hair to make them look so stunning?
Ms. Char B:
I use a good source of healthy fats such as krill oil by Savant, the Udos Choice Oils, in addition to avocados, my favorite coconut oil, plus I also use Scitec Vitamin C. I also have a few homemade skin remedies in my ibook which actually now out on itunes. Check out at:www.udoschoice.co.uk

Fitness modelling is about bold photo shoots. What advice you wish to give to the women of today to be body confident in order to do such bold modeling?
Ms. Char B:
Learn how to hold yourself. Posture is an extremely important factor to modelling, if you can assert great posture, comfortably and relaxed, it’s shows in your pictures. Confidence is sexy and attractive and much more appealing.
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
Advice and motivational words to the inspiring and budding professional figure competitor girls who all are your fans and shall like to know from you for their climb to ladder of success in field of professional figure competitions?
Ms. Char B:
Don’t compare yourself to ANYONE. Never try to look like the other girls you are competing against. I strive to stand out. Look unique. To grab the attention. That’s the difference between those who win and those who don’t.. You win because you get noticed for not just your hard work but also your uniqueness.
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
Tell us how you felt before and after standing first and winning the MP Pro Elite champion athlete 2015?
Ms. Char B:
Amazing!!! I’m actually looking at another show in the middle of next year – very excited and with all my sponsors behind me… I’m proud to be standing there representing not only them but also myself. Also looking forward to shopping for a new sparkly bikini and get my pose on! That’s my favorite part… Now to just to find a great bikini…
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
You have won 1st Place at 2012 NIFMA Nationals, NIFMA 2013 Nationals, Miami Pro 2014 UK Championship’s and MP Pro Elite champion athlete 2015. What additional responsibilities these winnings bestow upon you towards the community and the sports of “Figure Professional Competition” you competed in?
Ms. Char B:
I’ve been often praised as a role model. Especially in addition to being mother and a businesswoman. It’s a lovely compliment and I hope I do the compliment justice. I’m very determined to ensure however young girls are steered in the right direction. It’s scary to see how so many young influential girls will try anything they can to obtain the ‘perfect body’.
Some emails and messages I get can be worrying. But it’s why I do my job. I aim to be a positive yet realistic influence… I don’t live on lettuce leaves and seeds, I enjoy a glass of wine and a piece of cake like everyone else.

As a mother, taking a career in modelling and in glamour industry it can be quite challenging. Tell us how you handled such a challenging situation in your life?
Ms. Char B:
Yes it can be difficult at times juggling things, I also write ibooks for itunes, work as a charity ambassador and train.. sometimes I just stop and do nothing. I don’t rest much !! I’m currently looking at touring with my sponsors SCITEC and Bodyshockers – who are an amazing company. I feel literally part of the family.. So it’s only going to get busier, but I thrive on it.

Who has been your biggest influence and motivation in your path to success ?
Ms. Char B:
It has to be my little girl. My daughter has been my motivation to succeed in everything that I do.

With exceptional hard work you are credited with all your achievements. Do you believe that does the hand of Providence (Supreme Being) played a role in your success?
Ms. Char B:
I believe I have just worked hard enough and feel blessed for everything I have so far accomplished and met along the way.
