Share the best part of your job as an actress? How do you manage your personal & professional life?
Carolina Kopelioff:
I think the best part of being an actress is having the possibility to transition and go through so many emotions that maybe one wouldn’t allow oneself’s to feel on a day to day basis. We get to explore so many emotional states, or internal universes of different characters that are so incredible to try and figure out. From traveling to different time periods, different places in the world, or becoming someone completely different it, is all a part of this.
And as for the second question, as soon as I started off in Soy Luna it was a little hard for me. It being my first job, the amount of hours that we spent on set made having a social life a little difficult. I was tired for most of the time! But I think that made me learn so much; about time and energy management, etc. As time passed, I found a way of doing everything that made me happy. My priority was to never change my day to day life. To hangout with my friends or take my classes. When there’s a will, there’s a way.

What exercises are an integral part of your workout routine? Five must-do morning stretches?
Carolina Kopelioff:
During quarantine I’ve picked up yoga and I actually love it! I’ve been doing it every single morning, for at least 15 minutes. It helps me relax and stretch which is always good. I’ve also been taking functional training classes added to dance lessons as well, which make quarantine way more fun!
Namita Nayyar:
How has fitness influenced your life?
Carolina Kopelioff:
Honestly, it does play a huge part in my day to day life. I love working out. Not only is it good in the physical aspect of things, but it really does help me relax my mind as well. I’ve always been a sporty person, even as a kid. So I have it very incorporated already to my daily routine.
Namita Nayyar:
Your meal before and after a workout session? Meal at work would be?
Carolina Kopelioff:
I usually work out in the morning, so I try to have breakfast a good half and hour before that. I usually have either fruit, yogurt or some sort of cereal. And as soon as I end my workout I follow it up with protein. When I’m working, I usually stick to healthy food so I can feel good and energized during long shooting days.
