Ms. Brittany Elmslie: Over the years I have grown up both obviously physically but also mentally. I have developed the skill of focusing on my own race, you can’t control the outcome of anyone else’s race but your own. I use this self focus skill daily during training and life as sometimes it is very easy to get caught up in worrying about what other people are doing and saying.
